Consultation Services are perfect for those who are looking for advice and guidance at any stage of their event planning but without the commitment to hiring a full-service event planner. Consulting provides real and professional advice geared towards the specific event’s plans. We start with a questionnaire then target our meeting to answer your questions about vendor recommendations, contracts, vendor “norms”, budgeting, and everything in-between!

Pricing for our packages are determined on a quotation basis. Prices are based on the work involved rather than a percentage of the budget. We take into account the number of guests, services requested, level of involvement desired, and total number of hours of work required. This customized pricing model allows us to provide services for a variety of events and budgets.
